Are you a sales hunter with leadership experience? My client is a very early stage security company looking to hire employee #1 in the US. They have a world class team of Board Members and investors who have all hit it big in their careers. They require a rep with a strong background calling on the financial industry, and experience with enterprise software security or networking products. Pipeline is very strong already for this company, and they need someone to take charge of those leads and start building up the customer base (which is over 20 already, with no one on the team focused on sales).
This role will grow into a VP Sales and help build the US sales team but it’s a 100% quota carrying sales hunter for the foreseeable future.
NY / NJ / CT
10+ years of quota carrying enterprise software sales experience in the security or networking space (application layer of security, application fire walls, active directory, identity management…etc)
3+ years of sales management experience
Smaller company or start up experience
Proven history of closing deals within the financial services industry
130-150k base, 260-300k OTE
Very strong equity position within the company
Ideal candidates have sold for companies such as: F5, Palo Alto, Imperva, Checkpoint, CyberArk, Sourcefire (Cisco), McAfee or other similar companies.
